The short version
This website does not use cookies. It does not run analytics. It does not share any data with third parties. The only thing stored on your device is a local preference file that stays there — it never leaves your browser.
What we store on your device
When you use the interactive learner experience (the Learner Dashboard), we save a small preferences file to your browser's local storage. It contains:
- Your first name and pronoun preference (if you choose to enter them)
- Which modules you have marked as complete
- Any review notes or scores you record
This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to our servers, not shared with anyone, and not linked to any account. It exists only to personalise your on-screen experience.
You can delete it at any time using the Reset button inside the Learner Dashboard, or by clearing your browser's local storage for neoknova.com.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies. No session cookies, no tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies. A cookie consent banner would have nothing to ask you about — so we don't show one.
Analytics & tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent third-party analytics or advertising tool. We do not build visitor profiles or retarget visitors across the web.
Our web hosting provider (Hostinger) may retain standard server access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes under their own privacy policy. We do not access or use these logs for marketing.
When you contact us
If you email hello@neoknova.com or submit an enquiry, we will use the information you provide solely to respond to your message and discuss a potential engagement. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit agreement.
Client engagements
If you become a client, any business process documents or materials you share with us are handled under a mutual non-disclosure agreement and used only to build your training content. They are never shared with any third party — including any specialist we bring in, who signs the same NDA.
A full data processing agreement is available on request.
Your rights (POPIA & GDPR)
Whether you are in South Africa (POPIA), the EU (GDPR), or elsewhere, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of that data
- Object to processing or withdraw consent
- Lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority
